There is lots of Free stuff online if you just look for it. I've been looking lately and found many sites that offer free samples, coupons, and gift cards. Now some of these sites ask you to take survey's and you can accumulate points which can then be used to purchase gift cards. Pineapple Chicken Crockpot Recipe

My girlfriends and I do a cooking group once a month,. The host is in charge of buying all the ingredients getting the recipes picked out, and printed for all to take home. This next meal I'm going to be cooking in the crock pot is Pineapple Chicken, but it's definitely missing something....So I went online to see what I could pair with Pineapple Chicken and EatingWell.com had great ideas and here is what I came up with. Grilled teriyaki chicken with pineapple can be made with just a few pantry staples. Although it's delicious when made with canned pineapple, fresh pineapple and its juice can easily be used in its place. Serve with brown rice and snow peas.                                     Picture courtesy of  From EatingWell :   September/October 2008                         Our original recipe for this Crockpot meal was found on Pinterest here.
